From start to installation the whole process to painless and stress free. They kept me informed about every step of the process either through text or email. All of my thousands of questions were answered promptly and without judgement. Installation day went so incredibly smoothly I didn't even notice they were installing solar into my roof. Everyone i interacted with either by phone or in person were so incredible polite and helpful. I cannot recommend this company enough.

We got a battery installed with 1Komma5. The sales team (Cameron and Lisa) were very patient while we experimented with a range of configurations and prices, Daniel the installer and his team were very professional and did a really neat job (and helped move things around to get the right circuits on the automated backup), and when there was a fault Aaron was extremely helpful in getting the tech straight back out to get it resolved. Very happy with the app and the experience so far.

We found sales really organised and knowledgeable of their products. The installer had some great ideas.
If you are looking at solar or and batteries. We totally recommend 1Komma5.

Everything went smoothly, the installer was polite, helpful and professional, we got emailed regularly to let us know progress leading up to the installing and Jake was a great booking co-ordinator.

From the initial enquiry/pricing and discussion with Nicole to the final installation it all went smoothly. A couple of follow up emails required at times but hey the company is doing a lot of work.

Jamie (pretty sure name is correct) installed on site and was very professional and once again kept me informed.

After the signing of the contract we were constantly updated on a regular basis by Jake White on the progress of our order and install dates which, due to weather conditions, changed a few times. When the installers arrived (After notifying of an arrival time 😀) they went through the install procedure and kept us up to date throughout the install of the solar panels and battery. They were very professional and polite throughout. We were very happy with the company and I would recommend 1Komma5 to anyone.

The very tidy installation of our 1KOMMA5° solar battery system went extremely well with an explanation of how the system works and the use of the PvHub app provided afterwards. A follow up phone call from Jake the next day provided confidence of team support going forward and he addressed any questions or concerns that we had.

Throughout the whole process of installation of our home battery the team at 1K5 kept us updated on every step. Their communication was top notch.

Our installation day was very good; Jayden and his team arrived on time and where very professional in the job they had done for us. Jayden explained to my wife and myself how things would be done over course of the day. They did fantastic job on our battery looks great they left our garage nice and clean and gave me full understanding how the app works and with all of our questions answered and explained easily to understand before they left.
Very happy with the service from 1KOMMA5 very great quote from start to finish.

The overall experience I would say was pretty good. It took about 3 months to get installed. When they got close to date they notice they wouldn't have the required stock to fulfill my order so they upgraded my panels free of charge.

When the date came around for install no one showed up and the guy was sick this is completely understandable. However it was a little bit annoying it couldn't just get pushed to the following day but it had to get pushed another two weeks. Which resulted in me having to update my approval on the finance.

Other than that everything was an absolute fantastic experience the product is really good including the software. The software is very simple and easy to manage. You can tell it's very good quality.

The process of working out the best system for my needs was super smooth and 1Komma5 even helped out by pointing me to finance options. The sales team were knowledgeable and clearly excited by their own product without being pushy. When it came time to install everything was very fast and professional and the installers explained how it all worked and what all the pieces are. After that they had recommendations for energy providers who better optimise for batteries than my old one does. I appreciate the way 1Komma5 think big picture about they whole process and not just their little piece of the puzzle. I really couldn't be happier.
