No Customer service

We complained about the product not coming on. My letter was dated 2/19/21. They responded the same day. This is the letter:

Good Afternoon Dennis,

It sounds like there might be a short developing in the on/off switch. If you provide me with a shipping address, I can arrange to have a replacement Mini-Pro sent out to you.

I sent the shipping address twice to them. No response what so ever. Today is 5/16/21. They have a fantastic flashlight but customer service is non existant!! ONE STAR. Update, I was just told that this is the wrong company and does not deal with the lights. So I need to redirect my complaint to those responsible. I cannot find them but will keep trying. Sorry for the confusion.
