My mother was cold called by a sister company (also owned by the man who owns this company- Dylan Moore) who told her she was due a 10 year free solar check up. Sounds good right? They then turned up, told her she needed an inverter (not true) and then simply installed a random voltage optimiser box on the wall (which she didn't need) after pressurising her with frightening pictures of electrical fires. They charged her £3000 for said box (RRP about £300). That's all her savings gone for nothing. We spoke to them on the phone, no use whatsoever, so we sent an official letter of complaint to the address they provided but it couldn't be delivered to that address. Company is registered to a travellers site in Sittingbourne.
