Richard and the crew arrived at the time we had been given and they worked neatly, systematically and as a team and made a stressful situation painless for us.
They were polite and friendly and I would highly recommend them and all of solaris. The communication has been great from start to collection. Now to get our bits on the boat! Many thanks Solaris, Richard and all the team.

John and Courtney from Solaris have helped us relocate to Australia twice. They are efficient, respond quickly and clearly.
Martin, who did the actual pack up, arrived on time, worked quickly and carefully.

Really great experience overall. Martins from the packing crew was fantastic; he was friendly, efficient, and genuinely a joy to work with. He arrived early, handled everything with care, and made what I expected to be a stressful process feel easy and smooth. He even came back shortly after leaving when I realised I’d forgotten something, which I really appreciated.

Courtney and Chloe were also excellent on the admin side. Very professional, responsive, and helpful throughout. A great team all around.

Organisation, timescales, customer service and packing and collection crew are all excellent.

Arrived as advertised, quick efficient work, everythin put where requested with a minimum of fuss - great service!

So far my experience with Solaris Relocations has been very positive. There were 2 gentlemen who were very professional when packing our stuff, on top of that were extra cautious. I am very much satisfied with their work and the way they were handling the boxes. Thank you so much Solaris!

We needed professional help to make our move to Australia stress free. This company provided that service with style. The team that packed our belongings in the UK arrived on time and made short work of the job. The Solaris team kept us informed of progress along the route and we had a seamless handover to the removals company in Australia. Our furniture was delivered on the agreed date and time by another team of professionals. They even took away all the packaging.

Chloe and Lisa were great, professional and proactive. My only comment is that if someone is on leave, waiting for a response can be inconvenient if time is of the essence. That said, I recommend Solaris highly.

Excellent experience this week with Solaris relocations to prepare for our move to Sydney from London. I work in Logistics myself and am therefore quite a harsh critic, but have had an exemplary experience so far. John was very professional and accurate with my upfront quotation, with Richard providing easy access to information around my move date.

The crew who turned up on the day were absolute machines. Mark, Martin & Luke worked tirelessly and were a pleasure to deal with. I've been really impressed with the experience all round thus far.
