Solar Power NI provided a first class end to end customer experience. All staff were courteous and helpful. The installation teams delivered a very neat and professional job fitting 16 panels, 10KW battery, inverter and an Eddie for hot water. The system has worked seamlessly since installation with no issues. From a customer perspective it was completely stress free. I thoroughly recommend Solar Powe NI. 10 out of 10.

The supply and installation of our PV system was efficient and seamless from the initial contact with rep Adam. The installation was extremely well completed by skilled and tidy workmen. The team who installed the panels and the electricians Jarlath and Paul were very helpful and competent. Great company to work with.

I had 16 Solar panels installed over 2 pitches on my roof . I opted for a 10kWH Libbi battery, a 3.7kWH inverter and an Eddi to heat my water from excess solar. The team at SolarPowerNi installed everything in phases - I was kept up to date with the schedule during the install. They were very good at their jobs very tidy workers and well mannered,took time to make sure it was a good work that they are proud of

My system has been operational for about 3 months - I'm very impressed with the kit / the install and the App that controls the entire ecosystem. And my car charger was put into the system also as I had I installed before

A top class experience from first contact to completion of the installation. All staff at Solar NI show a diligence and passion for their jobs and the product they are selling, refreshing in this day and age. The installation of 14 panels was completed in a morning, attention to detail by the fitters was remarkable (I am an architect so do tend to get into the weeds), installation of battery, inverter etc. was similarly detail focussed, thought out and super tidy. Just getting used to the system and technology / app, very impressed thus far with performance. Would highly recommend this company, great people doing great work, simple to say, but not alwasy easy to find.

I had 11 Solarwatt panels installed over 2 pitches on my roof (East and South). I opted for a 10kWH Libbi battery, a 3.7kWH inverter and an Eddi to heat my water from excess solar. The team at SolarPowerNi installed everything in phases - I was kept up to date with the schedule during the install. I had a few battery errors post install, which I captured and reported to SolarPowerNI who logged direct with MyEnergi (The fault i had was resolved with a firmware update).

Very positive experience from start to finish. Quote was competitive and well detailed. Solar panel installation was seamless. There was a delay in getting the electrical installation and commissioning completed due to them being busy but it was worth the wait because I am happy with the installation and being electrically qualified I appreciate the work involved. Upon completion the handover pack, G98 registration and information on registering for export was received just 2 days after commissioning. All the staff I dealt were professional and helpful.

From initial contact to after sales support the process has been very smooth. All staff are courteous, professional and helpful. Actual installation was slick, quick and minimal disruption with good support throughout. We had a great experience working with Solar Power NI who installed and integrated solar panel for our clinic. The team were very patient and took us through every step of the process and provided us with really useful advice on which system suited our needs the best. Their quote was really competitive and all works were carried out efficiently with clear communication from start to finish.

Everything was professional from the beginning, and flexible throughout the install. Lots of rescheduling due to weather, which couldn't be helped, with good communication on each occasion. Because we have rewired the house the electrical team were able to use our new consumer unit, working with our electrician to ensure we had what we needed. This level of flexibility was really valuable.
