Avoid this company at all costs

Hive battery unit failed while under warranty - trying to arrange a replacement has been lengthy and far more difficult than it should be. Staff do not call back when they have promised to do so, they do not respond to written correspondence. This has been going on since December 2024. Do not engage with this company - their customer service is extremely poor and their conduct is likely in breach of Consumer Law. They are absolutely shonky.
