Garantie et service après vente inefficaces

Le système a moins de trois ans et le module de stockage d'énergie MyReserve est en panne depuis plus de trois mois et aucun remède n'a été fourni dans le cadre de la garantie du fabricant. Je suis vraiment frustré, car le système de stockage d'énergie a été la partie la moins productive en termes de retour sur investissement et maintenant il ne fonctionne même plus. Cela fait plus de trois mois que j'attends le service après vente pour régler ce problème, sans succès. Très mauvaise expérience jusqu'à présent.
