Har försökt att få tag i supporten i en vecka ,har ringt till kontoret i Stockholm där ett callcenter tar emot samtalet och ber att få ringa upp men ingen har hört av sig på en vecka.Samma sak på supporten dom återkommer inte heller,så jättedåligt riktigt dåligt

Nonchalant behandlad av kundtjänst. Ville bli kollad till batteri support. Hände inget. Efter tredje uppringningen lade kundtjänst på luren.
Botten att behandla kunder så.

Köp inte Sungrow!
Vad ni än gör, köp inte någon sungrow växelriktare! Det måste vara det sämsta gränssnittet någonsin på deras app och vill man ha en sportslig chans att styra sina solpaneler samt batteri skall man söka sig någon annan tillverkare. Bästa är nog en europeisk variant eftersom dom oftast förstår sig på hur en app skall utvecklas för bästa användarupplevelsen.
