Jammer van de review, zeker omdat dit niet helemaal de feiten zijn.
Je hebt een product geretourneerd, ongeopend en dat is dus helemaal in orde. Maar het was jouw eigen keuze en dus moet het dan op eigen kosten.
Wij hebben na binnenkomst dit product als retour verwerkt, er is in het webshop systeem een credit aangemaakt en dan wordt volledig automatisch de terugbetaling in orde gemaakt door Pay.nl, hier hoeven we verder niets aan te doen.
Jij geeft aan dit niet gehad te hebben, we hebben netjes op iedere mail gereageerd en proberen dan ook te achterhalen wat er fout gaat, maar nu reageer je zelf niet meer...
We hopen dit namelijk nog steeds in orde te kunnen maken, maar dan zou het dus wel fijn zijn als je meewerkt.
