A VERY disappointing experience!
I ordered a bin from them on the 27th of November. Some colors were 'out of stock' so I chose to buy one that was available to ensure Christmas delivery (within Europe!). After two weeks of not getting an update I contacted them and they told me that the Black Friday sale was overwhelming and the bins were currently being painted to be send out the following week. After another 2 weeks passed (and they kept deleting Instagram messages of customers asking where their purchases were) I contacted them again and they told me it would be shipped within the next two days. The following day they cancelled my order because the Italian post had issues and another courier does not send to my country. I got a patronising message from them saying they are sorry and a generic answer when I told them I could not believe there is no delivery alternative between two European countries. They could have cancelled my order early on so I could purchase a different Christmas gift! Keep away!!!!
