I ordered a dress a month ago and have not received it. I have emailed the company several times and received no response. This company is a scam.

Do NOT buy shoes here!
Sept. 9 our son ordered a pair of shoes from Soldout.se. A few days later, the money for the shoes were withdrawn from his account. Today, he still has not received any shoes nor reply on his and our numerous contact attempts via mail, messenger and instagram.
Do NOT buy shoes here. Chances are, your money will be taken, and you receive nothing but automatic replies in return.
Our next step is contacting the authorities to get his money back, and make sure nobody else are scammed.

It’s a scam, I haven’t revived my order for over two mouth’s when I rest Hed out I was always told that they would arrive the following week. And since I requested my order to be refunded and canceled I’ve just been ignored. Please don’t order from this site it’s a scam.

And they obviously have fake accounts writing reviews for them. Some accounts here have written 10 reviews for soldout whit the most generic praise.

good site with good price but delivery take a little long time

Big scam. Ordered a pair of shoes like almost a month ago and got nothing, they don't inform me or send out my shoes. Plus ignored my email.

DONT PURCHASE WITH THIS WEBSITE OR IF YOU WANT TO TRY 'USE KLARNA'!!!!

DONT PAY IN ADVANCE CUZ YOU WONT GET THE REFUND EASILY.

Overall I had a good experience with soldout when getting my Air Jordan 1 Pollens. My only negatives were
- The big box had no padding.
- Nike box inside was a little damaged (nothing major) because of the lack of padding.
- The paper inside was torn.
- The shoe itself had a tiny bit of damage near the lace holes at the top but nothing bad enough to make me return them.
- They say on the site that they ship same day or next day but mine were shipped the day after that. Still they arrived promptly after they were shipped.

Good customer service and overall great experience. I would only say my disappointment was in the shipping time, 5 weeks to receive my shoes was a long wait.

Very good service. Fast delivery. Good price.

They are quick to accept your purchase and quick to send out a invoice but they won't answer any emails or give you any updates, status etc of your purchase. And, they're also overpriced compared to other sneaker selling companies in Sweden.

All the shoes were perfect size and quality and they arrived on time 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾

A bit over price, and don’t tell you you must pay for the return! But ok
