1 STAR - TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. BUYERS BEWARE!
One of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I purchased a pair of shoes from Sole Dept. and was shocked by the extremely poor quality. I seriously question whether these shoes are authentic.
The company claims to accept returns, but in my experience, their return process has been practically impossible.
They agreed to accept my return, but provided a shipping label that Australia Post would not accept. When I asked for the recipient’s phone number, which is required for international shipping to China, they repeatedly told me they couldn’t provide one.
I was even willing to pay approximately $55 out of my own pocket to return the shoes, but they still couldn’t provide the basic information needed.
I’ve sent multiple emails trying to resolve this issue, and I still have the shoes and haven’t received a refund.
What is the point of advertising a return policy if customers cannot actually return their purchases?
I’m now pursuing the matter through my bank.
I strongly recommend that anyone considering buying from Sole Dept. think twice. Please read customer experiences carefully before spending your money with this company.
Ordered a pair of shoes, and received an email stating that they were out of stock but that I could choose something different to replace the original order. I requested a refund stating that I didnt want a different pair of shoes. I then recieved a reply email stating that the shoes were not out of stock and they would ship them. By that point I had already ordered the pair of shoes I wanted from another company that had them. Again, requested a refund. I was told that they couldnt stop the shipping on the order. I told them they should have never shipped them since they had already told me they were out of stock and I requested the refund. It has been almost a month with no communication. No refund, or shoes. This company stole my money. Do not order from this establishment. It is a scam.
This site is a scam, sells counterfeit items, does not send confirmation emails and then demands an unboxing video if you wish to return the “incorrect” item they have sent. I ordered a women’s 8.5 Nike metcon 10, was sent a fake mens size 7. Avoid this site unless you are wanting fake items at high cost!
