Misleading "glitter" boots, toxic chemical smell, and they refuse all returns
I ordered the "Burnt Red Sparkle Glitter" boots (order #SDS1667, US size 9), expecting bright red, sparkly shoes — that is exactly how they are pictured and described. What arrived was the opposite: a dull, faded color with the "glitter" simply printed onto the material. The shoes do not sparkle at all. The photos and description are seriously misleading.
Worse, the shoes have an overpowering chemical odor. You cannot stay near them, let alone wear them — you need a mask just to open the box. They are completely unusable and a potential health hazard, especially for people with asthma or other breathing problems.
I emailed the seller asking to return the shoes and even offered to pay for the return shipping myself. They flatly refused to accept the return and refused any refund — despite advertising a "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" and a "Worry-Free Guarantee" on every product page. That guarantee is pure marketing.
I have opened a dispute with my bank. Save your money and avoid this store.
