Might be the worst company I have ever dealt with, DO NOT ORDER WITH THEM. I ordered a hoodie, they sent the wrong one. They then say return it by shipping it your self and we will give you a store credit. They then say they will give me 20% off after it makes no sense I have to return something myself after they sent me the wrong item. Not to mention that I had to follow up twice in a span of 3 months for them to even ship it. Company is a joke

Great attitude good quality and designs

It’s very clear they right their own reviews, I ordered over a week ago and was lied to about some personally making sure it’s shipped out, after a week they haven’t even sent it, very unprofessional

Ordered on March 14, 2024. Inquired multiple times about shipping; last response on March 26 stated delivery "later next week." As of April 16, no update or tracking info received.

in my experience, this company disguises scamming with incompetency, dishonesty and intentional misleading in emails.

Bare in mind, the company doesn’t even offer what material the clothes you’re buying are.

At own fault for not reading past reviews before ordering.

If you ordered, save evidence for a chargeback.

If you haven’t ordered, check out any other brand, i suggest not wearing a brand with a failed reputation like this.

Con artists!!! Spent £300 and only part of the ordered arrived and it didn’t look anything like what I ordered on the pictures. Contacted them via email about missing items and they took an age to reply. Eventually replied saying it will be sent soon. 3 months later still nothing. Tried to contact them by Instagram and got told to stop harassing them 😂. Would avoid at all costs not a proper company!

Do Not Order .

It’s been 3 full weeks i spent over 300 dollars and still haven’t gotten a tracking number yet . I asked them for a refund and they are taking their time returning my money . I don’t not recommended. Never experienced nothing this terrible. I feel like it’s a scam none of their clothes are on hand

After 8 days since ordering no despatch info or confirmation sent despite the fact they want to charge you a premium for 'next day delivery'. I contacted Customer Services and they sent a generic response about how their clothes take time to make and ignored my follow ups until i threated to cancel the order. At this point someone then reached out with the shortest and rudest message telling me what the company expects of their customers (and still no update on my item!) one of the rudest and least helpful customer services teams I have ever come across, it's easy to understand how this company has so many poor reviews. Will never use again! *update 2 months later the item still hasn’t arrived and sole et al continue to ignore my emails asking for my refund and will only to reply to every 4th email I send them where they ignore everything I have asked and continue to promise it’s being shipped any minute. Worst customer experience I’ve honestly ever had

Great company with quality clothing!

The quality of this product it’s cheap , looks like 2$ , really bad .

I placed an order 2 month ago and nothing has happend. I wrote to them after a month and the told me that my order would arrive shortly, but nothing has happend. Don’t trust this company.

Worse company ever bought jeans for nearly £200 and as soon as they came the material felt and looked really cheap in person. So I tried to send it back and get a full refund as it was the same day it came and they denied it. THAT IS NOT CUSTOMER CARE. If you know your cloths are good quality and would sell you wouldn’t mind if someone sent it back within a certain time of having it delivered. I suggest anyone thing to spend your money here save it you’ll be better that way.

Genuine and responsive team!

Avoid at all costs. Like some others here have said, it is a bad experience. Six weeks after my order, nothing had shipped. After this time, I contacted them three times to cancel the order. Never got a response. On my 4th message, I got a response and they offer a discount on a future order if I don’t cancel. I waited another two weeks. Nothing shipped.

I then contacted them again to cancel the order. Message was ignored. On the 3rd attempt to cancel, I get acknowledgement and they said 7 days for a refund. It’s been two weeks, and nothing. Company seems like a total scam. Very very bad experience. Overall, it’s been approximately 11 weeks and I have NOTHING. NO ORDER, NO REFUND!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

27 days had passed since placing my order. The company did not communicate with me at all until I had reached out to them only to find out my order had gone out of stock despite being in stock at the time. After reaching out to them six times in total, I was assured multiple times my order would be with me soon however this was not the case. In the end I sent an email asking to cancel my order, which unsurprisingly went ignored, so I had to send another chaser to make sure they had acknowledged my email. The end result was a cancelled order with no acknowledgment for the company's poor customer service nor a satisfactory outcome. This was my first and certainly last time ordering from Sole et al. I can only hope others have had a better experience than myself.
