Great service and responsive communication.

Conveyancing executive Zoe took great care to fully update me and answer any questions I had about the purchase of a property.

She worked expeditiously and raised great legal queries on my behalf to the selller.

So often all you ever hear is 'my solicitor has taken ages, let me down, not kept me up to date' etc.
Been there also. I then changed to So Legal, in particular Nicola Radford, for property purchase/sales and the experience has been totally different ever since, no complaints at all. Now my only gripes are with the other parties solicitors, but nothing can fix that.

I dealt with Ms. Katie Bacchus and I was pleased with her understanding of the issues and prompt attention to queries as and when they were raised.

Working with a solicitor who can balance speed of action with expertise is important to me, so I will continue to use So Legal.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS FIRM -Poor Service, Poor Communication, Fees not transparent, fees charged without giving a revised cost up date! advise not given till its too late and a high bill has been incurred - which could of been avoided if the advice that i paid for at the start was actually given at the start and not when you are a day away of going to court. totally disgusted by the way my case was handled. totally in debt thanks to this firm !! I was part of a recent transaction and this is most definitely a legit review which I am entitled to give!

They say buying a house is one of the most stressful things you will experience, I can say this is true with previous experiences, but not this time,
I was fortunate enough to have Georgia Donoghue taking care of everything from start to finish , to be honest 10 out of 10 or 5 stars doesn’t seem to do her credit,, I was constantly updated, I never chased for anything and if the other solicitors were are diligent as Georgia I’m sure that this would of gone quicker, Georgia is polite, and she keeps her word,this to me is everything , if she says something then she follows this through, she is a credit to her company, this home I’ve just bought is my forever home and the only way I’ll buy again is if I win the lottery, and if I’m lucky enough to win this I will certainly use So Legsl again and I will only use Georgia
