Safety concern and horrible customer service
Purchased both the sole guards and heel protectors. Received the first pair of heel protectors and they were way too big. I purchased the size their website suggested for my style of shoe. Returned them and purchased a smaller pair. When I received them I put them on the heels immediately to check fit. They did fit better but, when you take 2-3 steps the protectors slide and the heel falls through the holes causing a serious safety issue. The protectors were NEVER used or walked on outside. I filed a for a refund as I cannot ever use them without fear of falling. I sent the pictures of the UNUSED product and they replied requesting pictures to show the problem. I did that. Their reply was although they do cause a safety issue and cannot be used I would not be receiving a refund because they said they were used. I opened the package put them on the heels took 2-3 steps and took them directly off. I replied to their refund/return refusal and never heard back. Also to note my original exchange of the product took forever and they only refunded after I purchased a new set. Now I have 3 heel protectors that cannot be used. I do NOT recommend these and will never purchase from them again. I will stick to Amazon off brands.
