Absolutely abominable. The company is based in China which is not stated on the website. Returns are discouraged, they want to send you 'free' shoes instead, then haggle with refunding half. I did return it to China, have the tracking, it has arrived in China, but no refund and no response to emails. This really should be illegal. DONT BUY! I will now have to take it up with my credit card company.

Company is a scam I always love to promote small business and I did so with this one but what a mistake they take your money don’t send item and then when you contact them all there lines of contact are disconnected !! Also they are struck of on company house register that’s not ok.

Excellent customer service although did have to use Instagram to contact. However fast postage, great trainers and I will definitely shop with Solehive again!

Ordered some air Jordan’s for my daughter and they were too small, solehive replied to all emails within the hour, I reordered another pair, they were sent within 24 hours and the refund for the small pair was refunded the same day they were received.. super impressed with the customer service received and of course with the genuine item received.

My shoes arrived yesterday and I am really impressed with the service. Delivered by UPS and shoes are amazing. They are a present for my daughter for christmas. She is going to love them! You cant get Jordans from many places for a reasonable price. happy customer.

I’ve never heard of this company before BUT they are super quick for delivery etc.
I have been looking for trainers for my daughter for ages and nobody stocked them so when I saw that these did I was sceptical about using this company and I’m sorry for feeling that way!

I wasn’t sure about ordering from this site at first.. but I did and they were amazing.. I ordered on Friday and my trainers arrived today.. only 5 days and the communication with this company was great.. I will definitely be ordering again soon.

If I’m honest I thought this company was a scam and wasn’t going to send me my products, but they came through and sent it within 1-2 Days, I even called them and someone answered straight away reassuring me that my parcel would be with me the next day. I would definitely recommend !

legit, trustworthy, & friendly services.
i’m always scared of being scammed and getting inauthentic trainers but solehive are genuinely great! Authentic trainers, great prices , easy to use website , and let’s not forget the fast delivery (recieved my trainers in 2 days!) Email updates are great too ;)
