Excellent Service always reliable - highly recommended

Darren came and gave good advice on my front door lock that was getting difficult to open mainly due to my Arthritis and not defective locking mechanism. As I thought. Darren explained very clearly the problem. With no pressure, I agreed to have the lock changed. New lock has a knob on inside to lock door, avoiding me having to a turn key. New key is square key not small round one, this makes it easier to open. Cost to change was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Darren of Solent Locks

We had only just moved into our house the day before & locked ourselves out! It was a Sat about 6pm, but when we rang Darren he came out to us within an hour & soon had us sorted out. He was polite, understanding & very professional in what was a very stressful situation for us. We would highly recommend.

Our front door wouldn't lock due to a broken gear box. Darren arrived promptly and fixed the problem very quickly. He was pleasant and tidy. Would have no hesitation in using his services again.

Will always recommend this company , always very helpful when needed and always does a great job.

I called this morning, as the front door was stuck locked, Darren came the same day and sorted the problem at a reasonable price. Very efficient!

Great Local Locksmith
Darren attended on Tuesday 10.9.24 at an arranged time. He was Polite and Professional. We discussed what would be suitable as an extra door lock. He mentioned a few locks and the one we agreed on was to be solid lock fitted where I wanted. Darren worked out the price (and gave me the option of purchasing the lock myself), I was happy for him to fit and supply at a date and time convenient to us both. Darren attended at my address today at the agreed time. He explained the workings of the new lock (with 3 keys) and answered my questions honestly. He cleaned up afterwards. I would certainly recommend Darren as a Professional who does his job thoroughly and with pride, he is polite and engaging in conversation. He wrote out a receipt for the work done and told me if there were any issues to call him. I am very pleased with the work done. Thanks.

Had 3 faulty window handles. Although not urgent, Darren was able to fit me in quickly.
Arrived at the agreed time and was a very polite and speedy worker. All windows sorted within 20 minutes and at a very reasonable fee. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing service received by Darren. We needed an urgent locksmith and he had arrived within 15 minutes and the job was completed soon after this at a very good price. Would definitely recommend this company and will be using them for all future locksmith needs.

We needed all the outside locks changed and Darren was great - he pointed out some damage to the doors that we wouldn't have noticed otherwise and completed the job in no time. Would definitely recommend!
