It’s the most non-user friendly & frustrating website I’ve ever had the misfortune to use or negotiate. Totally exasperating & confusing, as is trying to ’communicate’ via their robotic ‘help’ facility. Incredibly time consuming & repetitive msg ‘I’m sorry can you please re-phrase & try again’ (or words to that effect), all to no avail, as has the the will to persevere!

I ordered Vitamin D3 liquid 2500IU. They recommend to take up to 2 times per day 0.5ml that contains 2500IU, so total 5000IU/day

The daily recommendation for an adult is 600-800IU and Vitamin D3 can become toxic if you take >4000IU per day.

I asked them the question...they never replied to me.

I am not sure they have experience or knowledge about the side effects of what they sell.

I have always been impressed with Solgar, so a few months ago I decided to set up a subscription for 3 supplements. Since then 2 supplements have been out of stock. Cancelled.

Look for other brands, this company don't care about making great products, they just want to make money! Have a look around, there's so much better value and better nutritional products on the market today.

I bought Solgar Digestive Enzymes from Holland and Barrat on Saturday. I have been using Nature's Best Digestizyme which worked brilliantly but I ran out. From each meal taken with 100 Natures Best Digestizyme I never had indigestion once but the Solgar ones have not worked at all so 8 meals and indigestion after each meal. Solgar are £2 more expensive for same number of tablets and taste foul too.

Awful customer service - non existent. Ordered on subscription, tried cancelling via their website but it doesn't let you login to do this. Can't get hold of anyone by phone or by email to cancel. Got charged for two months on card and the last time got no product either.

High in price but thats what you have to pay for the best quality

The company seems to have disappeared but their on line order seems to be active. I am waiting for my over 200 pounds order for more than 2 months. Can you contact your customers. You are affecting people's health and get yourself in trouble if their medical condition in unstable.

I bought from them several times and everything went well ... now they seem to have disappeared. my order AB-33837 where is it? 100 euros? you're just miserable

The very first time I decided to purchase some vitamins and supplements from this company and I'm regretting it. Order placed on 1st May, it is now 10th May and still waiting for my order! No delivery date given on order receipt either. On contacting them to ask where my order was, they couldn't tell me, no way of tracking it. They are sending another out. Unacceptable.

I've ordered five times from Solgaronline and only twice the order was despatched on time. Once it took a month ( after I emailed twice and received no reply I then called twice - I was charged for the calls), the other two times I had to prompt them via email to dispatch (they dispatched one item but the second one still didn't arrive - my two emailes went ignored) Initially I thought they were a small organic company, so I wanted to give them another chance, but I don't think its the case. I now plan to buy Solgar products from other stores...
