They might as well be a scam house

They might as well be a scam house. As everyone says its impossible to cancel the subscription you didn't want in the first place. its not an evaluation they just want your card details. I've written so many mails not one response. there's no other means to cancel. no numbers no web login. you are at their mercy. Do not even consider.

They ran an instagram scam in November…

They ran an instagram scam in November last year offering free beta testing accounts, for a limited time so you had to act fat to get one. I signed up and got a free beta testing account and verified my identity via card details. The software was awful, barely functional so I thought nothing else of it. Fast forward a month and they tried to take $85 off my card. This was blocked by my bank as a suspicious payment. Fast forward to April 2021 and they've started trying to take payments again. Solidface are a scam, they also don't answer emails you send to them.

Total scam

Total scam - signed up for a 'free' version of their software, had to put in card details for 'verification purposes'. Emailed them the same day to cancel the trial product and take no payment, and they assured me the account was cancelled.

4 months later, they deduct $89 from my account without consent. Emailed them to request an explanation and refund, and got a stock 'the account has been cancelled' response. I emailed them back again requesting a refund - heard nothing yet but update if/when I do.

Do not trust Solidface, they are rip-off merchants!

Tried their software on a free basis for which they needed details, I entered a virtual card which I cancelled after verification. Months later they are trying to bill me for $65!!!

it's a scam

it's a scam . they offer a free version at which a credit card has to be produced to get it . They provided a basic software that did not have the options they promoted , and in a few weeks after they billed my credit card for a premium subscription . They promised to refund me but didn't . I looked online and this appears to be an ongoing thing and they have scammed many people

Scam Company

I signed up for a free trial, but I didn't like the website. I tried to cancel before the free trial ended but their website provided no such info. I was then charged £69 for something I couldn't cancel and I contacted them to stop it from happening every month. They said they had generated a refund and sent me the invoice as proof. I was told it would take 1-3 months. It's been 4 months and I still haven't received the refund.
