Total con - don’t use this scam company!
Total con! Ordered a bottle of perfume 2 weeks ago - have heard NOTHING since! Have emailed, messaged and called and cannot get a response! Ordered perfume as a gift, now I’m out of pocket and can’t speak to anyone as to whether I’ll actually receive the item. Really dodgy

Your order was refunded on the 2nd September after your order placed on the 28th August. An email was sent to you re the refund on the 2nd Sept and another email was sent to you on the 4th Sept. We received an email and telephone message yesterday and replied back again to your email with copy of previous emails but did not hear back further from you (have you checked your junk emails incase they diverted there) . You are not out of pocket as you will see this refund on your bank statement that you used to make the payment, and of course if you telephone your bank they will confirm after our refund on the 2nd Sept. Left you a telephone message as well this morning from your telephone message. Any further queries please do contact.
