Solis Coaching was/is such a great help for my athletic career! She was not just saying the things I wanted to hear and pointed out my flaws and wrong approaches directly. I was struggling with mental blockages as an world team member and the goal to make it to the Olympics and with her help I’m back on track and with more confidence and medaled in international competitions such as Southeast Asian Games and more national qualifiers.
