I strongly warn against doing business with SOLSOL s.r.o. and their representative Paweł Bujnowski.
The order was confirmed with a fixed delivery date. On the scheduled day, the goods were not delivered, and no one contacted me. Only my employee later found out by chance that the delivery had been postponed by almost three weeks.
I had already ordered components for Enphase microinverters, prepared energy storage units and the ballast system, and an installation company was waiting on-site. The construction of the buildings is in progress, and the missing delivery has delayed other works, causing real financial and organizational losses.
The representative’s response was a plain lie, showing incompetence and a total lack of professionalism.
The entire email correspondence is in my possession and available for review as proof.
I strongly advise against any cooperation with SOLSOL.
