Awful Experience with Solsten - Tension Everywhere and Sarcastic Service

I can't believe I wasted my time with Solsten. The tension from the start was unbearable. It felt like I was constantly walking on eggshells, and the staff was as sarcastic as they come. I had to deal with unhelpful support that acted like they couldn't care less about my issues. Communication was awful, and nothing ever got resolved properly. Their service was just frustratingly bad, and I honestly don't know how they stay in business. The whole experience left me wishing I had never heard of them.
