I wanted terrazo floor restoration: fix the grout and holes, sand, polish, seal. I even showed this guy David N. the work description that another provider gave me. I asked if that is what they would do and he said more or less. All I got was basic sanding, floor polishing and sealing. No fixing the grout, no restoration. The edges of the floor remained dull and dirty. It took them 3 hours or so and that was for 137 m2. So I guess "more or less" really meant "less." Note that I followed up and complained. He said he would come back and he never did. Another provider offered me the same service at half the price. The company gets one star for politeness. Location: cataluña.
