These guys are smart and communicate well. I mean gas boilers are not simple to us customers, and both Tim and Tom and actually the installer Ollie too, explained what I needed. Yes the job was done on time and to a high standard and a good price too.

Tim and Tom were really helpful throughout the whole process. They used their initiative and found the most cost efficient solution for us. The guys who installed it sorted it out very quickly. Overall very impressed!

Oli installed the boiler and was brilliant and really friendly. My installation wasn’t straightforward either, as it needed a complicated flue replacement since I’m on the top floor of a high-rise building. I’d been quite stressed about my old boiler, but the team handled everything while I was away, which made the whole process so easy.

The new boiler is amazing — even with how cold it’s been, the heating system keeps my place warm and comfortable, giving me real peace of mind.

Arrived on time, ready to start work. The engineers were very pleasant and left the house clean and tidy. It was hassle-free from start to finish.

Very professional job done fast and well and priced reasonable

The price was good. The men turned up on time and did the work. So far everything seems to be working fine. The company has been helpful when I have asked any questions afterwards.

I contacted Tom before owning the property after I had the surveyor report, unlike many plumbers he took the time to explain give honest advice and also gave a rough quote. I appreciated this more than anything. Contacted him months after I bought the property and the service was 5 star quick, efficient and reliable.Work done was neat and tidy.
