What you liked about the training?
Small cohort of people. Friendly and knowledgeable hosts. Small break out opportunities for discussion and roleplay scenarios. High quality and informative handouts.
What could we do differently or what we could improve?
More time to role play all 3 parts of conflict coaching - both parties having a turn at all 3 elements to build on and embed skills & techniques further.
What have you learnt the training that you will use in the future?
That it is not my responsibility to find the solutions for the person. That questioning is key to their own success.

I had a great experience working with Julie. She was incredibly helpful with loss conflict with my neighbour.
She took the time to explain things clearly, go above and beyond which made a big difference in resolving the issue.
Their professionalism and patience stood out and made the experience smooth and stress-free.
I truly appreciate her support and would definitely recommend them to other people!

I been referred to “Solution Talk” through local housing to “help me with issues with neighbours”. I feel overall experience from it was the best outcome it could be from them.

However, the “disagreement” points were not all pointed down by the “mediation agreement”.

My neighbour was keep on circles pointing out the same thing over and over, which obviously have take time from it and we ended up getting nowhere.

Trainers and training was good however was not beneficial to myself

The ladies that delivered the programme are very knowledgeable and made the session fun and interactive.

Had a very stimulating and robust workshop session online with a group of mediators doing refresher work on Community Mediation technique.

Julie and Laura are terrific hosts, leading group workshops that dig into approaches needed to open up dialogue between the mediator and/or another party.

Deep work, great value for their nominal charge. They are consistent and thorough and so kind hearted that the world is better because of them

Help with counselling after traumatic experience.

I attended 2 x half-day, online conflict-coaching workshops. Julie & Laura delivered exceptional content in this brief training programme. The sessions had the perfect mix of structure and spontaneity drawing the trainers’ own experiences and that of the group. The handouts were helpful to transfer what we had discussed into our practice. Great value in terms of learning, use of time and cost. Thank you both.

So far I have found it to be well set up, organised, structure, and prepared. Having 2 people to supervise the mediation is a great idea.

The process was a lot easier than I thought it would be, it was done with zoom and it all went much better than I could of hoped for ... Resolved in the first meeting just needed some communication

The best thing about Jules and Laura's courses is that they let the participants do the talking rather than make us sit for long periods listening to them, as some courses do. And we learn by role play, putting into action the points learned in their substantial guidelines. We then comment on each other's work, with support from L and G. A refreshing and worthwhile experience. Thanks!

I really enjoyed this ADR workshop, it was interactive, engaging and extremely interesting. I have certainly learnt a lot with this experience, the tutors were incredibly attentive and explained things well.

---It is a chill and fun seminar to learn new stuff, and the speakers are all very sweet and engaging at the event. 

(2)What could we do differently or what could we improve?

----The session is a bit lengthy. Sometimes I was quite lost in the seminar and didn't know what to do, especially while role-playing. 

(3)What have you learnt the training that you will use in the future? 

----I have learned that mediation can be applied in different scenarios. Before attending this session, I thought mediation could be used in every single scenario as long as the parties are happy with it. However, after attending this session, I learned that mediation is not suitable for use in certain

---It is a good seminar for those who are interested in mediation.

The Lady’s at Solution Talk we’re lovely and engaged with us all throughout the sessions.
The handbooks gave a good guideline for each meeting and were useful to look back on throughout the meetings.
They provided a great introduction to mediation and really gave me an insight into a future career path.

Unfortunately I did not experience any positively from the other party, this in no way reflects on the mediators who were extremely helpful and completely professional
