Solveig Multimedia Reviews

I've been using the Solveig Video Splitter software for a couple of years now, and it's a good product. It's easy to use, and it gets the job done. In addition, I've only had to contact their support a few times, but each time they have always responded promptly within a day, and I was able to resolve my issues quickly.

The products are easy to use and the client service is very reactive and efficient.

With this product, splitting video files is fast without need of rendering. The team offers good and fast support.

I have had the best support. So very responsive and willing to go above and beyond. SolveigMM video splitter is terrific, easy to use fast. Highly recommended

Excellent product support. They went to great lengths to help solve my issue and I would definitely recommend the product. Hypercam 6

Fast support. I've been using it for years and it's always worked.

I had some questions about the switch from perpetual to subscription licenses and Olga replied quickly and with good information. Great service.
The product itself is excellent, so easy to select the pieces of videos I need to keep, and then to get the final version, lossless and virtually immediately, is fantastic, much better than the complexities of mainstream editors like Adobe and Apple that can only transcode, lossy and slowly. My usage is with family videos, but it works just as well with professional source videos. If needed I can boost a video with an app from Topaz, but I hardly ever need that, I'm happy that Video Splitter keeps the original quality and is so easy and fast.

I have used Video Splitter regularly for nearly 8 years and even though I have other video editing programs it has become the 'go to' due to its ease of use and lossless recoding and was only let down by its inability to edit 4K video, so I was happy when version 8 included 4K video editing. During the upgrade I encountered a problem regarding 32bit/64bit versions, that customer services resolved in 40 minutes, so full marks for customer services.

I bought a new version of SolveigMM Video Splitter and during the installation Bitdefender reported a virus in this software so the installation could not be completed.

The old version of Video Splitter was removed during installation so I have no splitter at all anymore.

I mailed this problem 3 working days ago to SolveigMM and I have not received a reply from them.
In their service conditions they state they answer within one working day.

Furthermore the e-mail I got from the payment service they work with - PayProGlobal.com - is classified as dangerous by google gmail.

One week later I got an e-mail from Solveig MM with download links for the improved versions and it works now. I re-installed the old version which is easier to work with than the newest version.

Had a problem setting up video compressors and their customer solved the issue within only an hour after contacting them. Good support and nice software.

Very versatile and user friendly. Tech support was very responsive with any issues that I had when first using the product.

your quick return and support really made me feeling good and happy to start again using hypercam with latest version .. thanks a lot ...

Very cool functionality of Solveig Multimedia Splitter. It is even surprising that other editors do not have a video editing function with quality preservation as a built-in functionality. I know only 1 analogue whose interface does not provide the same convenience and accuracy of editing. I have been using the program since v.3.xx. Splitter is out of competition, and the price for the license is quite affordable. A separate word to the fast support service, which always helps and advises very quickly. You little darlings!

Excellent video splitter, prompt support service, which will even send screenshots of the solution to the problem. Price / quality - top.

Solveig Multimedia produces unique software for working with multimedia content and provides technical support at an excellent level. I use HyperCam to create real-time integrative video lectures (Felix Kasparinsky. Integrative Video Lectures. In: CEUR Workshop Proceedings, vol. 2784, pp. 113–138 (2020)), as well as for 24-hour video chronicle recording in the multitrading system (see p. 47 in the article: Kasparinsky, F. O. (2021). Principles of multitrading. Digital Libraries, 24(5), 808-869.
I highly recommend!

They responded very quickly regarding a License problem. The solution turned out to be easy, as even someone who only knows how to use a mouse can easily handle it.

The customer service team re-activate my license in timely manner. Support is fantastic.

Change computer but can't afford to pay for an annual recurring fee for latest version. Support guided on where I can install the old purchased-before version and the correct license key to activate on my new computer.

Great product support! I was highly satisfied!

I've been using this for years. It is a super-easy way to clip and join files without the long-winded process used by most video editors. You just set the start and end of a section and save it - and that's it. You can also do lots of complex things, and all without the tedious waiting for re-rendering the file. Magic!
