We were having trouble negotiating with…

We were having trouble negotiating with NRMA over storm damage. They did not want to do the repairs and were claiming wear and tear. We gave David full authority to negotiate on our behalf.We reached an agreement that was very satisfactory for us and even received a refund. We would recommend David Keane and Solve My Claim to anyone having difficulty with insurance companies. He kept us in the loop and he operates at the highest level of integrity. Thank you David.

This was a waste of money for us

This was a waste of money for us, 6 months of waiting with only one letter sent out. No response to emails enquiring asking how it was progressing only when I called I was told AFCA cases had a back log, I called AFCA and they knew nothing of this case. I emailed and cancelled my so called service with Solve my claim. save your money, lodge a claim with AFCA yourself it is free and they contacted me within 2 weeks and started a case, I received a satisfactory settlement within 5 weeks. This service appears to be taking advantage of people’s desperation and charging for a service that was not supplied. I did however receive a refund of a pro-rata amount after sending a email of demand as I was unable to get any response from the company.
