Hi a solve engineer called with me…

Hi a solve engineer called with me yesterday morning Massey Avenue received text message and arrived on time, serviced my boiler and fixed a problem, also installed a carbon monoxide alarm, very efficient and tidy, would definitely recommend solve I think they cover all over Northern Ireland.

Booked in for a date using their online…

Booked in for a date using their online booking only to get a call from them to change the date. Engineer came out and didn’t inform me there was an additional charge to change the jet until it was fitted. I was informed I would be sent out a certificate to confirm the service readings taken so I had a record. Unfortunately I’ve never received this. Engineer was pleasant and seemed thorough. Just over £91 for a routine service.

The nozzle that was replaced is a low-cost item that typically needs to be changed annually, but we understand how important it is for you to be fully informed before any additional work is carried out.

I would highly recommend using SOLV

I would highly recommend using SOLV. We have had ongoing issues with a very old boiler system in our premises and the very knowledgeable engineering team never fail to call out when needed. Repairs and replacements are always completed on time and with no issues. The most recent was a repair toa pressure gauge and this was rectified and tested within a few hours with no outstanding issues. Highly recommended for any boiler servicing or maintenance issues you may have.

We had an intermittent problem causing…

We had an intermittent problem causing the boiler to only work occasionally. After first visit the probable cause was identified. The new part was obtained and fitted and the boiler has been working perfectly ever since.
Pleasant and efficient. A job well done.

Solv got it sorted.

After discovering on a Friday morning that the gas boiler doesn't work, meant we were looking at a weekend or longer without any hot water. We rang Solv. They had an engineer out by lunchtime who had the boiler fixed with new parts an hour later. There could be no better service. Hot water again. Excellent.
