Good luck getting as refund..
I purchased software that unfortunately wouldn't open some very old Pocket PC files. Requested a refund, was difficult to get.
Also their site is blocked by my antivirus, I had to whitelist it to use their support system.
I'm actually editing my review because this is the first company I've dealt with that I actually think are shady. They did not offer a refund until posted a negative review, then miraculously the refund was organised a day or two later. Then I received multiple emails from them asking to remove the review. No... The review is accurate, the refund WAS difficult to obtain.
Now I've just received an email from Trustpilot stating "Based on your review and username, Solvusoft Corporation doesn’t recognize you as one of their customers".
These guys are clowns! From 3 stars back down to 1.

My old way of get help by telephone directly and me, not understanding the instructions made it difficult.

When I started to use the File View Pro I thougt it was a cheet, I contacted the customer service and they solved my problem in minutes, we found the problem and everything was ok. Now I am going to install the program in other computers.

Since early January 2019 I'm asking for refund of CHF 43.00, payed by credit card at the date of installation of the Solvusoft Software. Right after installation I realized that the products were useless for my applications and I asked for total refund. No refund was made, just many Emails back and forth, each time asking whether I was satisfied about their service. Of course, I'm not satisfied AT ALL !!!
I asked 2Checkout, the reseller, for refund. They ask me to contact Solvusoft, what I already did in the past.
I'm still waiting for refund.........
