The product looks just like what my…

The product looks just like what my husband needs. I couldn’t believe how quickly it was shipped. Looking forward to receiving it. I was a bit skeptical about your site as there was no confirmation number nor request for separate shipping and billing information. But it was great.

The delivery status report is not…

The delivery status report is not understandable. The product was not as represented in the pictures they post for advertisement. Not a satisfied customer at all. Tried to report the problem they wanted me to pay $5.00.
