Update: on 11.01.2025 they finally decided to be helpful and settle the payment with Riverty, so it makes a whole month, whereas they state to resolve returns no more than 14 after it being delivered to them… also everything is fully understandable, Christmas period etc, but 0, zero! updates to the customer who’s worried they might be charge 600€ for something they returned on time, unopened is unacceptable and I’m not sure if the words “legal action” finally make them work or the fact I reported to Riverty what’s been happening
Truly horrible service when you need to return something.
I ordered something and because I changed my mind, after delivery I decided to return it. Not only I didn’t receive return label right away and only after 5th email I finally got it, afraid I won’t make it till the end of grace period but now I absolutely have no idea when I’ll actually have it resolved. After my first email requesting canceling of the invoice they asked me to send “return proof” ok. I did. Then no response since 25th of December. Contacted them on every channel possible numerous times. I placed order with Riverty and they’re giving me notice that I need to pay outstanding invoice of the item I returned almost a month ago.
I really had no issue up till this moment. Although some things are overpriced but the ability to split payments makes me consider the purchase. Now I don’t want to have anything to do with this store. I just want to have the issue resolved ASAP, as I will not pay €600 for something I returned ON TIME.

Horrible customer service - still not fixed
Horrible customer service, I returned a package I bought. It showed it was delivered at their warehouse. They haven't giving me a single notice, I had to email them. They said they would contact the warehouse or else handle it on their own. Nothing... for more than a week. No response to my emails, whatsapp or calling. I could handle the waitingt time but the lack of communication is despicable. The company feels like a scam at this point. Shameless
Edit... (23th of January) Somashome replied to my review... but not to any of my emails. They have been looking at my ticket since november 14th. My return package has been delivered and even signed for! Still not paying me back and not responding at all. This feels illegal...

I ordered over 2 weeks ago a ps5 which the website stated it was in stock, and I still don't know when it will be delivered. I keep calling them for hours and no one is picking up, I keep texting them and they reply in 3 words and the link to my delivery date, but that is changing everyday, and Postnl, keeps telling me that they didn't received my parcel yet. I call the contact number and a bored girl is answering, but she is not capable to help me, or at least tell me a date, she keeps repeating, one f my colleague will soon contact you(that was on monday, but no one contacted me, so I calledagain after 3 days and it'sthe same freakkin answer...she is totally getting payed for nothing, beacuse she is not helping that way, same as their AI BOB). I will have a very disappointed 12yo for Christmas this year. Now i got a link that it will be delivered on Thursday and I hope it's serious this time, because I will take legal action. The way you took my money, is the way I want my parcel delivered...fast!

Horrendous company!!
Horrendous company!!! I ordered an iPhone 15. They took forever to ship it. Then they finally shipped it after days and days of sending emails that they don’t respond to.
Finally I thought. Great phones on the way.
NOPE. They put my name instead of my street name on the package. So the post couldn’t deliver it so it got shipped back to them. I called them. Took hours of reaching out before someone finally picked up. And they said ‘yeah sorry the money will be sent back and I need to reorder’… reorder? For a mistake they made. Absolutely not. DONT NOT BUY FROM THEM. Save yourself the headache. Just a terrible company. Horrendous customer support. -10 / 10

The worst company you can buy something. Literally the worst. I bought a computer from their website relying on their so called 3 day delivery. After 3 days it was not even posted or I was not given any information about the status of the order. They keep saying wait. I wanted to cancel and they send me same stupid reply dont worry we will deliver your order etc. This company is useless never ever had such experience with other well known online platforms. First time I tried this and it is the last time ever even they give out thing free ...

I contacted customer services to cancel my order if they did not send it. Instead of giving information to me about my order they tell me to wait. Wait for what eaxactly? Pathetic and poorly disgusting
I have made an Order of Tv on 30,July 2024 they sent me track and trace through post NL but I never received my order they told me item is with post nl and post NL said they never received anything from them after so many email and WhatsApp conversations they told me that my ordered model is out of stock that’s why they can’t deliver it, I told them to cancel my order my refund the money as I have purchased it on installments plan the money should be refunded to spray pay. Somas manager names Leon said they refunded the amount but the guy from Spray pay said that they never got the refund till today my issue is not solved despite sending many emails and calls their response is not at all satisfactory.
Don’t purchase anything from them.

The product I got is 50% less somewhere else.

The lable been sent on the 27th only after I wrote reviews here and there and after I filed a legal complaint and also requested refund from riverty.
So don't try, I haven't received a lable up until the 27. If you wo sure about the return been sent on the 22 please provide a copy of the email

Everyone is "trying to hep" nothing happen.
Everyone is "trying to hep" pointing fingers to each other, promising week by week to call me back with a solution but never happen. I keep calling to get my bike fixed, not enough that they want me to pay for the service I requested in the time I had still full cover and they forgot to do it, but there is only excuses and try to get more money out. My warranty will expire by the time they will do something. No bike for two months now and still just waiting for a miracle.

I ordered a laptop and Windows office package through somashome on the 23rd of April 2024, with the "in3" option that you can pay in 3 installments. When selecting that option, the request for payment is super fast and you also need to make the first payment before the order is processed and ship (understandable).
Then the fun starts, after reading that 96% of the clients who buys through Somashome get their products in 3 days and if you order it before a certain time you get it the next day, you will think that they will keep to their word, but that was not the case!
One week after placing the order and making my first payment, I get an email from Somashome that the laptop that I have ordered is no longer in stock and they forgot to update their website.... after numerous emails claiming that they are trying to make contact with the supplier on when they will receive stock and send me laptop nothing from Somashome home has happened, all that has happened is me, as the client, had to phone them everytime to follow up on where my goods are (that I already started to pay for).
It is officialy 2 weeks now, and after me phoning them again I got another lame excuse of the person that works on my case is busy at the moment and will call me back (which I know by now will not happen).
This is by far the worst company I ever had to deal with and I so wished that I read the reviews prior to placing my order -5 if it would have been possible!!!!!
