First time trying Soma as I wanted to see what Soma was about and it was amazing, everything was explained so clearly, It’s a bit like a mix of stretching, mindfulness, and movement therapy. The class helps your body let go of tightness and stress by teaching you to move more naturally and consciously. It’s really relaxing and great for improving posture, flexibility, and how your body feels overall, I felt so relaxed. I will definitely do more 💜
