While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more
To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. We recognise we may not catch everything, and you can flag anything you think we may have missed. Read more

SOMEWHERE RIDE is an online booking service for pre-booked vehicle transfers between airports, railway stations, ports, hotels and other addresses. Our global operations are managed by HANKATONG LTD, based in the United Kingdom. Our official website is somewhereintheworld.net. Travellers can enter their pickup and destination, local travel date and time, passenger count and baggage requirements to view available vehicles and current prices. Route and vehicle options depend on the journey selected. Customers can compare the available vehicle classes and check the details of their selected transfer before booking. Our website offers 15 language editions to help travellers explore destinations and understand booking information in their preferred language. Booking details provide meeting instructions and driver or vehicle information when supplied for the reservation. For assistance with a booking, customers can contact cs@somewhereintheworld.net and include their booking reference. Transfer conditions are specific to each reservation. Waiting time, baggage limits, child-seat availability, cancellation deadlines and refund conditions should be checked in the selected offer and confirmed booking terms. Customers affected by a flight, train or ship delay should use the driver, dispatch or support contact shown in their booking. We welcome honest feedback about the complete SOMEWHERE RIDE experience, including booking, pickup and the journey. Customer reviews help other travellers make informed decisions and help us understand where the service can improve.
