Seems ridiculous that they don’t swap sizes when there is a 30% off sale site wide when there are other sizes available and the customer is willing to pay for the return. Wouldn’t buy again, sizes run very small.

Very disappointed from the quality after you pay for it. I wear the bikini only 10 times during the whole year and the holder just break like porcelain I washed it with hand only so should be not happening after such a short time of using it. Also the color will disappear quickly bikini looks styli but for this price I expect a bit more about quality.

They only give STORE CREDIT for returns, even if it's just a top not swim bottoms. It's ridiculous. Their tops only fit an A cup. I ordered a large and it's too big around but yet the cups don't cover 1/4 of me. No good. And now I'm stuck with a swim top I can't use and have to pay out of pocket to send back just to get a store credit for another top that will be too small.

Honestly their customer service is bad. Things are super slow and they don’t allow refunds, only exchanges. ALSO! Fitting is all off!!! Like quality is eh… I’m 5’6” 125 lbs standard fit body and two out of 4 of the tops fit terribly and now I will have store credit I don’t know what to do with

Love love this brand, they manage to send me my delivery so fast and it came just before I flew to Mexico!!! Plus de quality and fit is amazing ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 I’ll reorder for sure my next swim set from them

I love my Sommer swim bikinis, the quality is great, the shiny material looks stunning and gold hardware bits make it even more luxurious! It's made of double material, so it's not transparent at all.
My favorite is balconette top, got Petunia but will need more colors for sure.
I'm 40, 85/68/92, and size S fits perfectly and it's very flattering, even for mature ladies!
Big plus was the quick delivery and responsive customer service. Great job Sommer crew!

I loved my first bikini so much that I had to get a second one! Great quality with amazing colour selection. I sized up and the sizing fits like a glove. Sarah is very responsive in getting back also - great customer service! Keep up the good work xx

Their customer service team is excellent! They were super responsive and had great communication. I wanted to better understand size comparisons amongst different styles of bikini tops and they helped me greatly! I also had to once process a return and they were super helpful! I always get complimented about my bikinis from here!

The bikinis are top tier, shiny fabric and gorgeous color. Double-lined bikinis. Most of the design are adjustable anddd there are designs which support larger bursts. Timeless looks! And if you are between sizes, I would recommend just to size up, then it fits stunningly. Sommer Swim really revolutionized women’ swimwear.

I ordered a swimming suit from Sommer Swim for the first time and did not know what to expect. I have to tell that the quality of products and customer service support for EU region from Sarah Lewis are just amazing! Unfortunately, the Stella mini triangle top was too small for me and I had to exchange. Sarah always responded with 1 day and provided even an additional discount.I am happy to say if you are ordering from the EU region, please do not worry, you will receive top customer service support and very likely will be happy with the swimming suit choice. I definitely recommend my female friends this brand and experience with Sommer Swim EU.
