This Compagnie is an example of how bussines should do it, they are really interested in me as a person and not only like other compagnie in selling their product.
Its also an good strategie because at first i didnt trust the product to do what it should do but because i have trust in this Compagnie i also have trust in the product because i know they have my back.

Before discovering Somnox, I felt like I had tried everything to improve my sleep. My mind was always racing, making it difficult to unwind and fall asleep. However, since I started using Somnox, I've experienced a remarkable change. What used to be a frustrating 45-60 minute ordeal now takes me less than ten minutes. It's true that Somnox comes with a higher price tag, but for the quality of sleep I now enjoy, it's absolutely worth it.

Somnox has not only helped me fall asleep quickly, but it's also a lifesaver when I wake up in the middle of the night. Before, I attempted breathing exercises, but my mind would wander off track. With Somnox, it's like having a reliable, non-medicinal sleep aid. My sleep tracker confirms that I'm getting deeper, more restorative sleep than ever before.

My only wish is for a feature to keep it on throughout the night, so it's ready to assist if I wake up. It would be a great convenience not to have to think about turning it on again. Other than this minor point, I have nothing but praise for Somnox. I'm genuinely hoping it lasts for years, as it has become an essential part of my sleep routine. I couldn't be happier with the restful nights I now have thanks to Somnox!

This product allows me to fall asleep fast every day. It is not only effective, but designed carefully to ensure comfort when sleeping with it. I would recommend it to anyone who would like to improve their sleep quality.

I cannot believe that this product is so expensive for how little it does. I had high expectations but if you don't want to be bothered by the sound and vibrations the product makes (standard setting), you don't feel the "breading" and you still feel some vibration and hear the sound. If you increase intensity, it's like you're sleeping next to a ventilator. They say it's for every sleeping position, but definitely not if you sleep on your back. The product is also quite hard and the case doesn't make it soft enough (very thin soft layer over a product hard as a rock). For me, the product had the opposite effect and it actually kept me awake. I have tried the product for 3 weeks and I knew immediately that it wasn't for me, but now comes the most annoying part. I have to wait for 2 more months to send it back (70 euros extra) because there is a minimum trial period of 3 months - even though they acknowledge that many people have the same problem as I have and that it will not work for you then. So the fact that you HAVE to try it for 3 months is just a business model and not a way to make sure people really try to get used to it. I would definitely recommend NOT to buy this product, especially not in the Try & Buy. If you really want to try it out, please buy it at once so that you can return it for free after 1 month.

More than one month after purchase, I feel I can happliy rate Somnox five stars for both product and customer service.

Regarding the product, it has worked wonderfully for me. I'm a long term insomniac who now has issues with regular night waking as well, several times per night. Alertness and life worries sometimes make it difficult for me to fall asleep/back to sleep. But my Somnox "robot" has changed that.

Initially, it took me between one and two weeks to consistently fall asleep/fall back to sleep by using the Somnox (for me, there was an adaptation curve). Now I can nearly always sleep with its help, and I no longer suffer from the horrible agony of sleepless nights. In that, I can honestly say it has changed my life.

I sleep alone, and it's somehow a comfort to have this little "breathing buddy" beside me, with its chest movement similar to that of a human companion. Then soon, as my breath effortlessly syncs with with the Somnux (as scientifically designed), my thoughts dissipate and I am lulled to sleep. This induced breath synchronization is Somnox's best "power" that leads to sleep. If I awake later, I can easily find the "on" button by feel, and I'm back to sleep again. Even after trips to the loo-- forcing me to leave my bed and walk--the Somnux has me rather quickly back to sleep again.

I like to use my Somnox with it's built-in (optional) sounds, especially the wind sound that reminds me of sleeping inside a plane (I'm a former frequent, long-distance flyer). I've also used it with guided meditation tracks and with podcasts streamed over Bluetooth (you can control the volume by touch and choose on the app to have it shut off automatically). Note: The product itself does make a very slight and soft "breathing" sound that cannot be turned off, but that hasn't bothered me; I did notice it at first, but soon didn't anymore.

I'm older and NOT a technologically literate person, but I haven't found the Somnox difficult to use. In the beginning, I had some connection issues, but I followed the clear instructions online which address that and got past it. I also had issues using the Bluetooth, but customer support patiently helped me through that, step-by-step.

Customer service has been excellent. I first had a pre-purchase call, in which they patiently and honestly answered all my questions (no false promise that it works for every single user-- but no worries, they have a sufficient, time-limited return policy).

The company followed up with another call after purchase, to make sure everything was ok-- which was reassuring and appreciated, as this product was a bit costly for me (but so worth it when you're made truly desperate by long-term insomnia!) I requested another call when I couldn't manage to use the Bluetooth. When that was still a problem even after phone support, the company was willing to replace my unit, but then suddenly, it started working spontaneously one night and has worked consistently since, as has my connection. I think it takes either a minimal knack for tech to do it right the first time, or that the product just needs things to click at the right moment to connect at first--but I suspect I wasn't following instructions correctly!

In any case, Bo in support couldn't have been more patient or more pleasant to work with. The support team calls you by appointment from overseas, by the way, but even so, they don't rush you at all through the call. They stay on until your issue is resolved. But in once instance, Bo said he would consult with a colleague and get back to me, and he did.

All-in-all, I think this is a revolutionary sleep product (I've tried others, to no avail), and I encourage people to at least try it if their days are seriously ruined by lack of sleep, as mine were prior to having a Somnox. The beautiful part is that you can count on customer support to back you up-- so no fear of losing your purchase money if it doesn't work out for you. But I think it will work for most people if they give it a chance.

My only wishes would be to be for it to have a cloth handle and for the cover to come in a neutral color, instead of blue. But those are very small wishes and not really important. The obviously important thing is that I'm able to sleep again! And for me, that's huge. It's the best gift I've ever given to myself, especially considering what we now know about the health dangers of inadequate sleep!

Since a month, I have a new buddy in bed, the Somnox 2 ;-) ! But also during the day, he often accompanies me, when I'm in a frenzy or having workstress. Having him on my belly and doing a few breathings with him, makes a distinct difference and realigns my breathing again! Lately, I feel more grounded and peaceful, because of him. One tip for the inventors, it would be great if the battery could last a bit longer... Especially when using him intensively, like me ;-) ... But I wouldn't want to go without him anymore!

I love how this little Bot soothes me to sleep every night. I feel more relaxed and have noticed that my heart rate lowers much more quickly at the beginning of the night with somnox!

Long doupted (because of the high price) but now I’m so happy with the Somnox 2!!

The Somox is a very nice and good way to relax. It helps to sleep better but also to breathe a more relaxing way when you need a break during the day. My daughter is also using the Somnox to clear her head once every while.
The contact with customer support was a nice experience. Anna took all time i need to answer my questions i prepared. She also send me some breathe exercises to use, so i could try all the possibilities the Somnox has.

The service of Somnox is really great. They are always available for all your questions and also to support you to get the most benefit out of your Somnox. I have been hearing good stories about the Somnox for a while now and I finally took the (financial) leap to get one myself. And so far... no regrets!

It has been a month now that I have been using my Somnox 2. And I feel like I can't imagine my life without it any more. A bit corny I know. But it really does what it says on the box and works wonderfully for me.

This is not my first 'breathing' helper mechanism. What makes this the best option for me is that I apparently need more haptic feedback to synchronize my (stressed) breathing pattern to a more relaxed rhythm. Holding the Somnox close to my chest gives me that.

I use the Somnox for multiple reasons. Mostly for helping me fall to sleep with the focus on the breathing exercises. But it also brings me the comfort that an old trusted stuffed animal brings when you were small. It relaxes me and thus provides better way to fall to sleep.

I also use it for when I feel stressed during the day and I notice that my breathing has become shallow. I've been using it so regularly that my body responds very quickly and goes back into relaxation modus.

I love the fact that it's cuddly and the 'tummy part' really does expands. It's like... having your hand resting on a relaxing kittycat; for the Somnox is warm and soft as well. You can even imagine a 'tiny purr' coming from the mechanism if you listen very carefully.

It's very easy to use and to manually adjust the setting for the ultimate breathing rhythm that is best for me. At night I only have to find the 'on' button and it automatically goes back to the last setting; so I don't need to open up the app on my phone. The timer setting assures me that I won't drain the battery unnecessary and also gives me a soft time check.

At night I tend to not make use of the music, but during the day I sometimes do. There are quite a few nice soothing, dreaming melodies available. Some of which reminds me a bit of binaural beats.

The only downside I have discovered to far is that it takes quite a while to charge the battery. Also the app, though adequate, could be better. For now the breathing programs and music are separate. I would like to see them more combined. But this is truly minor.

I love my Somnox and I hope that more people, especially those who have the same problems as I will discover it as well.

My problem was getting to sleep, for years. I've been using the Somnox for a month now and haven't used Dream Juice since the first night! I think it's a miracle! I sleep much better 🙏 Just haven't figured out how I can play music on it, without a Spotify subscription.

At first I seriously doubted whether the Somnox was for me. Then we were able to test it out due to the new price formula. And wow! What a relief. Lately I had trouble falling asleep and when I did finally fall asleep I was often awake during the night. Now I grab the Somnox and I fall asleep faster both at the start and at night. And also during the day I often grab it when I'm tense. It's nice that you can completely set it up. Only downside is that you don't get a notification on your phone when it's low. And you have to look it up every time instead of an app that continuously keeps track of everything. It would be nice if you could see, for example, how often you put it on again. But hey, this is a luxury problem. It is a top product and so far more than worth it.

Sleeping, the biggest challenge I have ever experienced.. meditation also something which is impossible for me. The Somnox 2 is helping me breathe when I am trying to sleep. It controls my breath! Eventhough I do not fall asleep earlier, I fall asleep more relaxed after 5 weeks. I hope that, now I am a bit used to Somnox 2, I will starting to fall asleep sooner too!

Material is nice to hold and the slowfoam is also comfortable.

No regrets, despite the price.

I am very happy with my “sonny”. It took me some days to get really used to it, but it was worth it! I am quite surprised about the positive effects. After a burnout I’m struggling so now and then with sleeping problems. I am not using it every night, but it really works when I can’t fall asleep or wake up in the middle of the night. It calms me down and I fall asleep soon. I think the somnox is quite expensive, but for me it is worth the money for sure.
