I originally ordered Nov 18 2025 for Christmas a pen and 2 refills. Never got the item, when I reached out multiple times mind you they finally said FedEx lost my package and would resend it. Never got that package either and when I tried to contact them multiple times again there is no answer so now I am out $70 and this company is refusing to answer. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT ORDER from this company. My order has never been received, and they answered my initial email promising a refund, but that never came through, and now they aren't responding. No phone # for the company, only an email address. I've sent numerous emails. Now I'm out $100+ and that sucks. Shame on you Somora.

SCAM. Ordered before Xmas 2025. Never received. Requested refund and none received. They responded up until they said they would refund and never responded after that. NO PRODUCT AND NO REFUND.

I ordered a 3D pen and refills in November, it was to be a Christmas gift for my Granddaughter. They did not arrive before Christmas but I assumed they had been caught up in the rush to fill and mail orders.
I have written repeatedly asking for an explanation. I received only one reply apologizing for the delay in responding to my inquiries and promising to look into the delay with FedEx immediately.
That was in early January. Since then nothing more.
This is very poor service and apparently there is no intention to return my money.

I ordered a pen. Never received! Never reimbursed… worse service ever!!!! Do not buy from them.

This is a fraud site I was rip off . I ordered the 3D pens with extra multicolor spool. They never delivered and they process my payment. My order is 22469.

Complete scam. Parcel never received as promised. No refund as promised. Stay away from this bunch!!!!!

Would absolutely leave 0 stars if available. Ordered a 3D pen for a 6 year old early December. No delivery to this date (Feb 3rd). Total scam. Wasted &$40. They replied once, then into thin air.

Ordered on 9 December 2025 with delivery within 5 business days - order never arrived. Several follow-up emails sent - although all were answered, it was all lies. Final email on 6 January 2026 I asked for and was advised I would receive a full refund - of course that never arrived either. Complete scam - website has now mysteriously disappeared - do not engage with this company.

Do not purchase from this company website. I’ve order back in Nov, never received my order been on contact with the “customer” services requesting refund for fraudulent. They tried assuring that a refund was in place and still haven’t not received the refund or order.

Similar to other customers, I saw the "Proudly Canadian" and ordered two 3d pens for Christmas gifts. Apologies for the late arrival and promises of a refund. Never arrived and no refund. How do we protect ourselves?

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I ordered items early December which have still not been delivered. They have challenged the dispute I put in with my bank but not provided any proof of anything other than my order with them! No shipping information. I wish I’d checked for reviews (outside of their website) before I ordered! Lesson learnt, do not trust this website!! They do reply to emails but there is never any action!! Avoid!!!!

I ordered my 3d pen in November. Didn't arrive on the due date since then have had apologetic emails then offered a refund claimed it was sent to my account needless to say it never turned up and now they won't even answer emails.

I have paid for 2 3D pens and a coil pkg way back in December!!!! I have not received the product and you do not respond to my emails and surprise surprise your " samoraofficial.com " is unavailable at this time !!!

Ordered 5 x PEN'UP 3D Complete Packs last week of November for christmas gifts. DID NOT recieve anything.
On 12/1 I recieved the email below yet still no refund. This company is a SCAM and I WOULD NOT pruchase anything from them.

Should be no stars. Order 1st week of dec. And still have received nothing. Sent emails and no reply back. Not a happy person and neither is my grandson.

Total scam.
Ordered early Dec and was told it would arrive before Christmas, then told it would come first week of Jan then I was told a refund was given allow up to 30 days.
So far no pens no refund.
Multiple emails sent, a few have been answered but all lies.
Please don't waste your money!!!
Disgusted in fell for this but more Disgusted they can get away with it grrrr
