I got a Sona Strada RS Road Bike to Work Package, the bike is great and the team was also very helpful and answered my queries very quickly via email.

Great Service, They explained the Bike to Work Scheme clearly and when I ordered Tim and the guys kept me fully up to date at all time, also the bike is awesome ;)

My bike was not ready for collection when I arrived (the order had gone to the wrong shop). The guys took my work address and dropped it off to me within the hour. very helpful and friendly staff, great service.

Bad expérience at shop
The bike is not the same Color than the website
The bike is not correctly assembled

Very easy to do and navigate and friendly staff

Back break is not working after 3 week of purchase and I met with an accident due to that.

I need some help in fixing this. It just 3 week and bike is not working. Please get back to me on the same

Great service, picked bike online and it was delivered a few days after payment. Bike is great, lightweight but sturdy.. will use again

I bought the Sona Strada bike through the bike-to-work scheme. The service was good. Smooth communication and fast response. I am just a bit disappointed with their bicycle shop partner. When I use the bike for the first time, the bike was very heavy and seemed like something was wrong. Then after a few days, I went to another bike (not their partner) shop to do a service, and the engineer in that bike shop told me that the bike was not well assembled. Almost all of the bolts were seems tighten only by hands. That was the reason why the bike was so heavy. After the services, everything is just perfect. My bike is now very light. I love my Sona Strada Bike.

I'm really happy with the amazing service and how much they kept in touch with me. I got my bike through the cycle to work scheme with Sona Bikes after I heard from one of my colleagues who couldn't say nicer things about their customer service and quality bikes. Tim and Ed were really great!

I recently used Sona for my jobs bike to work scheme. The process was incredibly simple, and the bike was ready to go within a day of notifying them that i had received the voucher. Highly recommended
