Very poor service

I ordered food and was told it would be a 30-minute wait. After an hour, I called to check where it was and had to give my address again. I was told the food had already been sent out and would be with me shortly.

After waiting another 30 minutes, I rang again only to be told that my order had been delivered to a completely different address.

My food eventually arrived around two hours after ordering. There was no offer to make amends, no compensation, and no real apology beyond “sorry it went somewhere else”.

Very disappointing service and poor communication. I won’t be ordering from here again.
