Very professional shop with amazing customer service

So natural beauty is a Wonderful boutique that offers a great range of beauty products. I have been shopping here for many years and have always had a lovely experience. At the very first I was impressed by the calm and elegant atmosphere of the site; an atmosphere that proved to be genuine and a reflection of the lovely women who run it.

There are so many natural products available here that are chosen with care and excellent taste. Some of these products are very hard to find over here in Europe (so it’s great that they supply them!), while others are real gems that I would otherwise never have known about.
Shipping is fast and efficient and I have never had a problem with it. I can shop here with confidence which is a great relief for me as a customer.

Honestly this shop is a dream come true! I am a very happy customer. So thank you So Natural Beauty!

SoNaturalBeauty is by far the absolute best purveyor of all clean beauty products shipped from within Europe. I have been ordering from them for many years and have never once been disappointed. They have an extensive selection of the best lovingly curated clean beauty brands, many of which are my favorites from North America that I can't find anywhere else but here when I am outside of the US. Extremely fast shipping, great customer service that doesn't miss a beat. This is a company that truly has integrity and customer service at its core. Super happy!

Completely amazed and impressed by this company’s excellent customer service! Also extremely fast shipping! I placed my order while So Natural Beauty was on holiday and when they returned, they shipped my order right away. I reside in New York and my order is already in New York today which is a day after they processed my order. Also, customer service goes above and beyond to answer any questions/concerns that a customer may have. I am so glad I found So Natural Beauty and look forward to purchasing more products from them in the future! ♥️

I cannot put into adequate words how phenomenal this company are.
I ordered at 8.30 am Monday and products arrived at 11.01am Tuesday!!!!
It's as if they were sent before I even ordered.. Staggering !!
The products were wrapped exquisitely and the attention to detail was exceptional.. even a darling little package containing the most beautiful little samples of beauty products as a complimentary gift .

So Natural Beauty should give lessons to other companies on how to operate as they are second to none.

I've been a customer of So Natural Beauty for a few years now. They deliver fast.

Recently I messed up an order---or something got mixed up---and my order was being sent to the US.
The order was already shipped when I realized the mistake.
I contacted SNB, thinking that there was little to be done.
With speed and understanding, SNB somehow rerouted my shipment to me---AMAZING.

Thank you SNB for going above and beyond in responding quickly in your emails and figuring out what to do about this hiccup. Appreciate it.

Ordered a couple of hair products late on a Thursday evening. By Friday morning I got an e-mail saying my order was being handled. Before noon on the same day I got another e-mail, saying the order had been shipped. By Monday morning, the package arrived on my doorstep. Keeping in mind the packages are shipped from Belgium, and I ordered to Northern Scandinavia, the delivery was exceptionally fast. The quality of the customer service was also excellent - they wrote a personal and very kind message on the inside of the box, and added a little gift as well.
Without a doubt the greatest customer service experience I have ever had with an online store! Will definitely order again :)

You can tell this is a very reliable company to order from. The delivery is quick and they write a personal message in every box. The items are well packed and protected, you can see how careful they are. The customer service is amazing, always ready to offer assistance, and with real humans who give you real answers, not robots! Amazing shop! Very fast delivery, excellent selection of international products that would have otherwise cost an arm and a leg to ship to Europe, not to mention an annoying trip to the customs office. Last time I ordered it was a rainy day and my package arrived soggy, but because they wrapped it carefully in multiple layers my products arrived in a perfect state! I will definitely order again.
I also like how they always write a cute message on the delivery box, it's a very nice touch 🥰
