So with SONDERMIND I selected a doctor Huff. I was already taking medications that weren't working. Which prompted me to change doctors again, so she decuided to do a gene test. She came back so thrilled because the medications I'm taking are perfectly suited for my genology. My simple response was, they're not working well. We need to increase the dose so. Since we increased my dose, All I've been telling her, is I don't feel good. I'm not happy. I'm not enjoying life. I wake up. I wish I was dead. then because I can't remember stuff like I used to I missed an appointment that charged me $75. My next appointment I hurried home in pouring, rain flooded streets, so I wouldn't be late and get charged seventy five dollars again when I opened up the website I saw I had a message. I opened the message and found out my appointment was canceled 6 hours earlier because she had an emergency
I called complain. I asked the lady on the phone. How many times a day am I expected to check your website? No answer. I had a follow-up appointment with the same doctor and she apologized since she had an emergency.I ask her, how many times a day am I supposed to check the website? Even the doctor didn't have an answer I kept telling her the emergency wasn't my problem. The problem is, the way you notified me and I think y'all owe me $50 for not notifying me through text or phone that went over like a lead balloon. Also I had to change my insurance beginning. 2026 so 3 days before my appointment. I gave them my new insurance information. My next bill, my copay is supposed to be $45. My next bill was $143. I found out the reason is they entered my insurance card information wrong. Rather than call me to correct it, they decided to view me as a self pay patient after having been a patient for almost a year. Now I am self paid because my insurance declined the copay I called and told him, I said, you don't have permission to charge my car $143. You don't know if I'm on a fixed income. You don't know if I can afford the extra $100. That you took out of my account.They tell it will take 10 to 15 days to get you a refund.The whole visit and no charge it and refund my money. The doctor told me to update my ins.info. not customervno service.Then, they told me that after I submitted my insurance again that they had decided to resubmit my claim. And that it would take 30 to 45 days for insurance to approve it.

So I sent another message back and said you can't even apologize and say that you're sorry that I'm struggling. And that I'm not feeling well that I'm having a hard time then. She replied, I apologize Mr. Vaughn, so I copied her previous Mr. Vaughn. I don't owe you an apology. Sent it back to her and told her to leave me alone as it stands now, my appointment was
February 26th I believe, and I still haven't seen my money and I probably never will all this company. And I call him a company, not a practice, not a doctor's office. All they care about is their money. I truly believe there's something to be said about not finding a recovery for a patient, because if a patient recovers you've lost income, the best way to keep making money is make sure they stay just sick enough to keep showing up. And not sick enough to leave and find another doctor I told my doctor it's just like a terminal ill patient.All you're doing is managing my illness.You're not leading me to recovery.I'm not getting better.Just manage my illness until I die
