These songs are so low-effort and cheesy. I sent in a request for the first dance wedding song. What I got back was a strange eerie, not romantic, spooky song.

Everything I wrote to the artist was taken literally, there was no creativity or genuine effort.

Customer Service was lacking in hours of availability. I'd love a feature where I can message the artist or have them message me.
Was also not sure if the site was a scam because the file didn't get updated until I spoke with someone at customer service roughly 12 hours after the expected deadline. These few details were frustrating to experience, but everything else was top-notch and professional.

What a sweet gift this is! Audrey did a phenomenal job. It was personalized but also still so musically engaging. She left the sweetest personal note which endeared my heart to this 10 year wedding gift for my husband even more! I am so glad I went with this company over the competing company! The artists make more/song as well!

I wrote a song for my partner for her birthday and wanted to have it produced as a special gift to her. We have always been very connected through music and I knew it would be a truly special gift for both of us to have. I chose CHLSY as her voice really stood out to me and I couldn't have chosen a better fit! She took my lyrics and brought my vision to life! When I tell you it is worth EVERY PENNY I mean every penny! The song was finished 2 days before it was due and the artist even sent me a personal note conveying how my lyrics were special and allowed her to feel the love written within them. She didn't change my lyrics or take away any of the feeling behind them. She just used her beautiful voice and talent to make them better than I could have dreamed. She gave me the credit for my lyrics which means so much to me because I want my girl to know that it came from my heart. I highly recommend CHLSY and songlorgious to create a gift that will forever be cherished!

It is sad that we count on a business centered around providing us a service based on specific dates, and fails to meet them.
We pay the asking price, we wait, we revised and still dads party came and went after the original due date. Then his birthday!
And they can’t be reached other than by email. And that’s typically an auto response.
Very poor customer service.
I was excited to hear the revised version.
Now I am embarrassed that I failed at the party and now his birthday due to relying on them to keep their word.

Save your money! Find another service.
