Website is easy to navigate. Found exactly what I wanted (Cordless Blender) quickly. Ordering process was smooth. Good communication informing me of order status and despatch. Item received free delivery quickly, well packaged and in as new condition. Very pleased. I will be ordering from Sonic Direct again.

My go to for all appliances
Team are always great. One of my items wasn’t in stock so we found me another washer dryer for a great deal so that I could get it on the day I needed. And delivery is so simple. They tell you a 3 hour window and each time have rang me 30 mins before arrival. Great company!!

Ordering and sorting delivery from Sonic Direct was easy (needed it ASAP and they could deliver next working day) and both the service men were extremely helpful in taking away the old washing machine and installing the new one. Great guys and I couldn't recommend them more!
