I was bought a pair of sonik gravity x5's for my birthday a few years ago by my ex partner, one of the rods had snapped with a clean break 4" from the tip whilst casting a small bait and 6oz weight . This happened after owning the rods for less than 12 months , I had contacted sonik about a replacement tip the day after it snapped as I knew I wouldn't be able to get one on warranty as I was no longer with my ex who paid for the rods , I was told they are awaiting a shipment to arrive and they'd contact me . 13 months later I've contacted them 4 times and I get the same story about shipment still hasn't arrived . Called again today and was told shipment was meant to be here on the 20th and still hasn't arrived . I wouldn't mind so much if it had been for one of the cheaper sks rods but at over £350 each it's very poor service. Never had this issue with century , tronix or daiwa over the years . Almost seem like there avoiding the situation

HI just writing a review on the first class customer service from Sonik , my 11 year old son got his Hero X 8000 reel line tangled and attempted to take the spool off , unbeknown to me he lost four components to the reel which made it non functional so after emailing Sonik with the part codes i was prepared to pay for these components and they have replied to me they will post the parts FOC . What a fantastic company and first class customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.Mark Simpson

My wife and I have lots of Sonik fishing products including Bivvies, rods, reels bite alarms just to name a few. On the couple of occasions that I have reached out to Sonik they have been brilliant. Thank you to Jackie and to Dean who have gone above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. Very rarely these days do you find good quality products at a very good price and people who take pride in the products they offer. I recently noticed that one of my reels was missing the clutch retainer clip inside the spool. No idea how long it had been missing for.
I emailed Sonik and dealt with Jackie, who very kindly sent out a replacement 1st class free of charge.

Sonik have always been excellent, even though they are not 'high end' the customer services, certainly is, thankyou Hayley and Team.
If only all businesses were like this, they would build better brand loyalty.
Sonik is a very innovative company, with lots of new product lines launched this year, I highly recommend them.

I contacted the company with, it turns out, a common problem of loosing the small gear and washer under the spool into the shingle, never to be seen again !! I was quite overwhelmed by the cheery helpfulness and efficiency of Jackie, who dealt with my enquiry. The parts, complete with spares arrived today and the reel is ready to use again. Thank you all for really first class customer service and example to all .

I purchased 2 Sonik VADER X 8000 RS a few years ago and really happy with them , unfortunately I lost a handle nut … After finding out that the Vader range had discontinued, I contacted Sonik directly for a replacement and they were really helpful and sent me a replacement.. Couldn’t be happier with the service .. Thanks to Jackie 😊

Lost a cog when taking off spool from reel during beach fishing expedition. Contacted customer services, more in hope than anything else. Swift response saying they would send a replacement. Arrived within 24 hours, reel fixed. Could not ask for better service, thank you Jackie.

What a fantastic company ,my story goes I had recently purchased a pair of Sonik Herox 10000 carp reels ,I was really pleased with the quality,whilst changing spools (facing the lake 😩), a small but integral component sprung off into the lake ,Having emailed the sales team they very quickly sent me the replacement part totally free of charge ,it wasn't there fault I lost the part ,but they took on themselves to help me fix the reel ,I will definitely carry on using Sonik carp gear ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Emailed about a slight bend in one of my bivvy poles to see if I could buy a replacement peice , sonik sent me the complete section to replace the whole pole.
Same say despatch, arrived next day.

I spoke with to a young lady regarding sonic skx bite alarm snag ears as I lost a set while in France , 🇫🇷 I was waiting with card to pay and the very kind lady did not hesitate, I received today with compliments and so I didn’t have pay, all I can can is thank you so ok sports A ****

I emailed sonik sports for help with my gizmo alarms after being unable to find a reciever,customer services replied to my email in less than 24hours,i phoned yesterday afternoon and i recieved my new replacment reciever today , less than 24 hours later many heartfelt thanks go to ross and jackie at sonik sports customer services for all the assistance you provided you went above and beyond any other company would do thankyou
