very easy to use, it help me save tons of time!

A fast and easy way to get started with your transcript. Of course, there are some quirks and, of course, AI doesn't get everything right (e.g. company names, peculiarities of speakers etc.) but it produces astonishingly accurate results in a couple of minutes. Editing is a must, which is clear, and some features, like the customised dictionary, need improvement, but overall, from my point of view, it's worth its money and helps you get your transcripts done faster and more efficiently.

I am researcher using qualitative methods and Sonic is the most performant tool for transcriptions, I've tested many other softwares but none is that accurate as Sonix. In terms of price/quality it is worthy!

Great result in almost no time. Pretty good accuracy in foreign language. User interface could be more easy to navigate. Less guessing would be nice

This service is really good value for money. It's quick and easy and the transcriptions are of a really good quality. I used it to record student feedback and it coped really well with a range of accents and some periods where they talked over one another.

As a professional arts and entertainment writer, I do interviews and profiles of artists and performers, often using the Voice Memos app on my iPhone 15 or iCall over the telephone. I needed to find transcription software that was rated highly for accuracy and was also as reasonably priced as possible. It was a relief to find Sonix. I appreciate the ease of use, and being able to edit speaker names and splice words and phrases from my transcribed recordings is invaluable.

Such a good service and most definetly the best AI service for transcribing speak to text. I needed to transcribe my interviews in dutch and it worked very well. I only needed to make little to none changes in the scription.

Accurate transcription and easy editing. Saves time and makes the transcriber's job a piece of cake.

After searching and researching the internet for something user friendly that I didn't have to subscribe to for a year even a month. This was a perfect fit. I paid for the time I recorded. The transcript was so accurate; there were 3 people talking (I used my memo recorder from my iPhone) while we all walked around inside a house.

It works very well. It is very convenient to edit the text. Which is good in the original form already.

Well, I am happy to rate it with 5 stars, but the absence of an easily available support email on the support page, and the presence of a bug that suddenly breaks the sync between subs and the video by 16-18 seconds or so (definitely not an editing issue) might force you to pay a full price again for realigning, which makes it a less great experience.

This bug makes the feature of the text overlay during the editing process completely unusable. Fortunately, I managed to simply ignore it by manually controlling the playback and following the text.

But if I had to make subtitles and not the transcript, I would have been forced to pay full price one more time for "nothing", which would have resulted in a much lower experience rating. Another way to circumvent the issue is to use an external editor to add those missing seconds to every word in the exported CSV file. Fortunately, those seconds are constant.

The support team responded quickly, via an email provided here by their folks, but because of a language barrier, they had trouble identifying the cause.

Anyway, I hope they will manage to resolve the problem, so future users won't have to pay twice. I don't know if the realignment will even work in this specific case, because I didn't try it.

Otherwise, the A.I. engine did a great job in general, and it saved me lots of time from writing all of that manually. So, a big thank you to the team!

UPDATE: SONIX.AI team managed to resolve the issue in two business days. They did a great job, and everything combined is definitely worth the highest rating.

Excellent product - does exactly what it says!

I transcribe MP3 files into Russian texts. The accuracy is about 96%. I can easily correct the remaining errors. I believe the accuracy would be even higher in English. The process is fast

I have been looking for a Boomer friendly video transcript tool and finally found Sonix. I LOVE it! Super easy for me to use and a greater price point!
