I tried Sonix and the results are amazing. Transcribing and translating audio is incredibly accurate, efficient and fast. No reason to transcribe or translate my audio any other way again!

I like this service because of the following:
speed, ease of use, nice statistics on the level of confidence in the transcription, adding the time stamp.

I used Sonix to transcribe video files in Japanese for a video project I had been working on. Sonix performed better than I could have expected and really helped make the workflow of the project efficient. Working with the software was a really positive experience.

This transcription application is great. It was fast, precise and I only had to do some slight modifications. I will be purchasing several more hours for my qualitative research.

I had a video of an hour-long meeting with 10-15 people and was asked to transcribe it. I started doing it the old fashioned way and realized it was going to take a very long time, and I really couldn't hear some of it that well. So I searched out this program and I couldn't be more pleased. It went through it all pretty quickly and gave me the result, which I could download in Word, PDF or a number of other formats. It came out great. Another good thing is the billing options. If you want to do a small thing you can pretty much do it with the trial version, but they also have per-project and regular subscriptions. It took a bit of clicking around to figure out how to upload the file and then see the result, but once I got it there was no problem.

I'm thrilled that I discovered Sonix! The aspect that stood out the most during my experience was its user-friendliness and its ability to accurately translate content into Spanish while organizing it into transcripts. It's truly impressive! Additionally, I appreciate the free trial period and the fact that the cost is very affordable.

I came across Sonix by accident while looking for a transcription / video caption solution and boy was I glad I did. This tool is virtually word perfect and the SRT file it output worked perfectly with my video editing software. I also love their realistic pricing model, where you can purchase time rather than being locked into a monthly fee - invariably charged annually - of other providers. Keep up the good work, Sonix!

Super easy to use and does exactly what you want it to do and does it well. Really convenient transcription that’s almost instant and is surprisingly accurate especially given my heavy accent. 100/10, reccomend

I am a newbie researcher, and on a whim, I Googled to see if there was something out there to help transcribe taped interviews. What a find! Total time saver, easy to use, and cost-effective for my needs. Two thumbs up! :-)

I was transcribing a Dutch video conversation and this tool made it soooo easy! I recommend it to anyone having to transcribe a lot of video or audio.
