Horrible
I purchased the Indie Strings instrument and it never appeared in my account for me to download. I contacted support immediately and after four days I haven’t heard anything back from them, even after following up. Now I’m out over a hundred dollars and I have nothing to show for it. Furthermore their website is extremely buggy and keeps logging me out randomly and half of the links never seem to work. One of the worst experiences I’ve had with any software company. Stay far away.

I have just spoken to our support staff and asked them how this could have happened.
We found out that when ordering, you missed the last 'm' in your email address, so the product ended up in a new account ending in gmail.co.
We will now merge the account so the product will appear there!
Again my apologies, we are a small company and very busy during a sale like this, but still we strive to respond to everybody within 24 hours!
I hope we can make it up to you and make you regain your trust in our company.
It would help me a lot if you could list some of the bugs you found on our website in a support email so we can address those, we take that very seriously and continuously strive to improve.

Not very helpful support
The libraries I bought do not play and despite several emails back and forth Sonokinetic did not offer any pragamatic way of resolving the issues.

For a week you kept me going around in circles, never resolving the issue. I'm stuck w/ an app (Minimal) that I can't use, because you don't have it in Native Access.
NI disavows having any connection w/ this issue. I will not be purchasing anything else from Sonokinetic.

Percussoes do Brasil instruments change their midi note location dpeending if you added or subtracted anything from the kit...This just made me loose 3 hours of hard work improvising grooves...Never seen such a counterintuitive midi mapping in any plugin

Absolutely the best variation of orchestral and a unique pallet of incredible sounds to create with!
I started with Sultan Strings (way back). No one had created such an original array of eastern authentic strings (I've been using them ever since).
