Your samples and pattern ideas are…
Your samples and pattern ideas are really amazing and so realistic sounded. Only two items are missing for me at all. Adding indepedently MIDI chanels to each instruments in section. For example, when I load Capriccio strings section, every instruments violin, violas, cellos and basses play in one channel. It would be fine to separate them each other. Beacuse I need to export for mix only all violins to stem in one click. In your case I have to mute violas and cellos and basses and then export it. It is not good, because I need sometimes mute and play violins during the song for example. The second one there is no possible to play other type of chords 7th, diminished , sus or augmented chords etc. They are frequently used in compositions. Great Fairground Organ
I bought Carousel a long time ago and had it in Ableton on an old Windows laptop. I was and still am very happy with the samples. When I saw that Carousel was now available for free, I was thrilled and wanted to install it on my iMac. Unfortunately, I didn't read the small print, otherwise I could have saved myself all the effort. I should have read what it says under "Format". My iMac is too old for to run the free Kontact version with the free Carousel version on it.
So I don't find the homepage very user-friendly. You have very good graphic designers and it all looks very nice, but I am distracted by the large images and miss what is important.

Don't really care for installing apps…
Don't really care for installing apps to install apps, at first the VST didn't register, had to sign out & sign in again before it showed up. That wasn't a big deal. All in all, it went fairly well.

Unnecessary installer
Selection, transaction and download were simple, but required the use of company-specific portal style installation program. When you have libraries and plug-ins from 25 or 30 different companies, and each insist on having their own installation portal, a clean desktop becomes unnecessarily cluttered. This merits a deduction of 2 stars.

Exactly what I wanted
It was a little fiddly to get working the first time, me being unfamliliar with Kontakt, but the sounds are great and it’s nice and straightforward in the UI.
It was surprisingly hard to find decent bell sounds. Glad to say my search has ended. :)

Generally no sound is because 1. you're not playing chords (triads) in the chord area, or 2. the modulation wheel is down
