Very bad service.

Very bad service.. I bought ebike just 6 months back, but suddenly charger not working since last 3 months... It was 1 year warranty . I several times tried to contact them through official website, WhatsApp and possible all channel.. But they didn't reply back with a single mail.. They really untrusted and scammer..

Customer service is zero but the bike i…

Customer service is zero but the bike i purchased seems well put together for the money I paid after about 80 milestone motor stopped kicking in but after checking all the connections it must have just needed connections tightening and now I'm on about 300 miles and have had no further issues but I do worry about customer services and where I live the bike shops only seem to fix bikes they have sold

I bough an e bike before christmas ive done about 100 miles i was able after 10 shopsto find one because nobody will touch them as they say Ali Baba bikes my pedal assist just stopped working not very good wouldent bother buying from the again

***Avoid Faulty Electric Bike Sellers*****

This is a fraud company.

Their customer service is abysmal and they are scam artists. To ensure you will not be able to get a refund they will do everything in their power to stop you returning the bike. Like not providing a carrier even though it's a 30 day refund policy (which is a lie). The bike its self was faulty, i was given a broken wheel so i was not able to assemble the bike and there were items missing. So i had to return it. They even went as far as either damaging the brand new bike I returned or using an older damaged model to get a pay day out of me. They refunded half the money for the bike. It was £449.00.

This is the worst service and expirence I have ever received.

To make matters worst they even pretending the item was not received even though they signed for it. My partner had to go down their and take photograph evidence that the bike was received to send to OnBuy. Which is a great and helpful company but be wary or some of their partners that sell on the website.

Please don't be attracted to their affordable offers it will cost you in the end!!

Invest in a quality and a trusted well known source!!!

Customer line - not answering, bad quality bikes

Customer line, email are not answering, bike pedal fell off after few months normal use, apparenrly 12 months warranty it does cover it....
very bed quality product everything falling apart, no customer service after sale....
